Information about wristbands
You can exchange your ticket to a wristband at the gate, from 16:30 forward. If you bought tickets for you and your friends under the same name, that’s perfectly fine. However, you can only collect your own wristband, as it will be placed on your left wrist immediately upon collection. No modifications to the wristbands are allowed, including cutting off the excess strap.

Cloakroom is available onsite. Included with Green Room Premium. Big bags such as backpacks are not allowed in the festival area, so you can leave them in the cloakroom.
There are limited number of lockers available for bag storage. Remember to arrive early.

Is there an agelimit?
18+ is the agelimit for Runway Standard. Green Room Premium is 20+
Lost your orderconfirmation?
If you have not received or lost your order confirmation, please contact Netticket on +358 0600 399 499 on weekdays between 09:00 and 21:00.
Bought a ticket but got prevented?
The tickets are not personal, which means you can resell the ticket without any problems. ATTENTION! We do not recommend buying tickets from people you do not trust due to fraud.
Can I bring a bag with me?
Yes, you are allowed a small bag. However, big bags are not allowed, but you can leave them in the cloakroom.
Can I upgrade my Runway Standard ticket to Green Room Premium?
Yes, you may upgrade your ticket anytime by contacting Netticket: info@netticket.fi
Do you have parking?
We do not have any official parking at the festival site. However, there is plenty of parking spots around Brändö, close to the festival area.
Multiple tickets under one name?
If you bought tickets for you and your friends under the same name, that’s perfectly fine. The tickets are not personal, bring the tickets and collect your festival wristbands. However, you cannot pick up wristbands for someone else as they are put on, on the spot. DON’T FORGET ID!
Is there seating available?
Yes, there are plenty of seating available on site!
Am I allowed to leave and re-enter?
Re-entry is allowed! Feel free to leave and come back!
Do I need to print the ticket?
You don’t need to print anything. Find the ticket in your email on your mobile phone, show it there when you pick up the festival wristband. Don’t forget to bring your ID! Identification is needed when you pick up the festival bracelet as there is an age limit in the area.
Which tickets are valid for assistants/companions?
Assistants and chaperones enter the festival free of charge and do not need to purchase a ticket, provided they are working and can present an chaperone’s pass. They are responsible for the person they accompany. If you visit the festival privately, regular admission applies. Wheelchair tickets are available with access to a ramp. One companion enters for free.
Can you smoke at the festival?
No, it’s a non-smoking festival.
Can you pay with cash?
No, it’s a cashless festival.
Can you bring alcohol to the festival?
No, it is strictly forbidden to bring food and drink into the area. This applies to all food and drink. We have food-trucks where you could supply yourself with beverage and food.
